Lebanon Bicycle Recycle (LBR), a program of the Lebanon Valley Bicycle Coalition, is a community-driven initiative that gives donated bicycles a second life while helping our community experience the joy and freedom of riding.

Through the dedication of volunteers, donated bikes are refurbished and provided free of charge to children and community members who need them. Along the way, participants have opportunities to learn basic bicycle repair skills, build confidence, and gain anappreciation for safe and sustainable transportation.

LBR promotes bicycle safety, active lifestyles, and stronger communities by encouraging cycling as a healthy, affordable, and environmentally friendly way to travel. With the support of generous donors and volunteers, we’re creating more opportunities for people to ride, connect, and thrive—one bicycle at a time.

We are open every Monday from 6-8pm at 53 Chestnut Street, Lebanon, PA
