With an official launch set for March 19, the Lebanon Bicycle Recycle program is gearing up to become a community resource for young cyclists.
According to a press release from the Lebanon Valley Bicycle Coalition, the program has been operating since October 2021. The organization has held donation nights and training events for members of the public interested in learning about bicycle repair and maintenance.
